Ingredients:

  • Amla (Indian gooseberry): Seeded and chopped, roughly 8
  • Ginger: Roughly chopped, 2 inches
  • Cumin seeds: 4 teaspoons

Recipe:

  1. Grate or finely chop amla (Indian gooseberries) to prepare amla juice. Throw away the seeds.
  2. Now, combine the grated or chopped amla with water and mix until a smooth paste forms. Make a good strain of it.
  3. Add ginger, cumin seeds, and blend once more.
  4. Place some ice cubes in a glass with the blended amla juice and serve.
